PROFIBUS DPV1 main module is a powerful communication interface quantum processor. Developed under license from Schneider Electric, the module integrates proprietary backplane technology to support powerful data exchange and processors. The module supports the full master specification, according to IEC 61158. Acyclic parameter data can be transmitted via Class 1 or Class 2 DPV1 services, allowing the processor to easily communicate with slave device protocols that support PROFIBUS DPV0/V1. The module acts as the input/output module processor between the PROFIBUS network and the bus. The data transfer from the processor is asynchronous with the I/O data transfer on the PROFIBUS network.

The module supports the complete master specification according to IEC 61158. Acyclic parameter data can be transmitted using Class 1 or Class 2 DPV1 services, allowing the processor to easily communicate with slave device protocols that support PROFIBUS DPV0/V1.
The module acts as the input/output module processor between the PROFIBUS network and the bus. With I/O data transfer turned on, the processor’s data transfer is an asynchronous PROFIBUS network.
