The GE SR469-P5-HI-A20-T is part of the 469 motor management relay family manufactured by GE Digital Energy.
It is a 5A phase secondary, 90-300VDC, 70-265VAC relay with an enhanced display.
The relay has an integrated Ethernet port on the back for data communication with other devices.

While this model does not have a conformal coating for harsh environments, an “H” can be added to the part number when ordering to indicate the need for a conformal coating.
