Product Performance
Two boards are paired to drive 5SHX1060H0001. The drive waveform and sampling sequence are factory-calibrated and cannot be replaced individually or mixed with other drive models.
The entire system has multiple layers of protection for gate undervoltage, IGCT short circuit direct connection, device overheating, and drive overload. Fault optical fiber signals upload to the main control for rapid locking pulses to prevent power devices from breaking down and being damaged.
The PCB has thickened copper foil lines, providing shock resistance and anti-strong electromagnetic interference, and is suitable for dusty and harmonic-broadening working conditions in air-cooled medium-voltage cabinets.
