Product Performance
The driver board is precisely calibrated and matched with the IGCT gate parameters and switching timing. It cannot be replaced by other models of driver boards at will.
Integrated Gate Undervoltage, Device Short Circuit, IGCT Overheating, and Driver Overload Protection. Fault optical fiber signals are uploaded to the main control and quickly lock the pulse to avoid power device burnout.
Water-cooled press-fit cooling structure with high heat dissipation efficiency. It can operate at full load for 7×24 hours with stable operation.
The driver board uses thick copper foil large current PCB, resistant to vibration and strong electromagnetic interference, suitable for dusty, high-temperature, and high-harmonic harsh industrial conditions.
