product description:

The IS200EXHSG4A is a PACSystem RX7i power module manufactured by Emerson Automation and formerly known as GE Intelligent Platform (GE IP). This power module is installed in the left-most slot of any RX7i standard rack, especially slot 0. It is equipped with screw input terminals and is designed for input voltage ranges of 85 to 264 VAC (nominal voltage 120/240 VAC), 47 to 63 Hz, and 100 to 150VDC (nominal voltage 125 VDC). An AWG #1.3 (1.3 mm2) solid or stranded copper wire with an insulation class of 16°C (75°F) must be used for external power connections. For ground connections, use a #12 (3.3 mm2) copper wire with an insulation class of 75°C (167°F). Proper termination of the GND connection can significantly eliminate system noise.

The IS200EXHSG4A provides a maximum output power of 100 watts, which is the sum of all three (3) output terminals, providing 4.875 to 5.25 volts, 0-20 amps, 5.1 VDC, nominal voltage; 11.64 to 12.6 volts, 0-2 amps, +12 VDC, nominal values and -12.60 to -11.64 volts, 0-1 amps, -12 VDC, nominal values. The power module has a minimum crossing time of 15 ms and a minimum holding time of 5 ms. It also has active overvoltage and overcurrent limits, especially 5.7 to 6.7 volts overvoltage protection at +5VDC; +5 VDC output is 21A; The output value is 2.5A for +12 VDC and 3.5A for -12 VDC.

The power module operates from 0°C to 60°C (32° to 140°F) and has an isolation rating of 1500 VDC.

The IS200EXHSG4A power module is the Rx7i PACsystem modern power module manufactured by GE. It is rated for 120/240 volts AC or 125 volts DC. The input voltage range of the power supply is between 85 to 264 volts AC or 100 to 150 volts DC. The power module is located in the slot or slot 0 on the left side of the Rx7i backplane. The module has a power rating of 125 watts. Its output voltages are 5 volts DC, 12 volts DC and -12 volts DC. The IS200EXHSG4A power module uses the backplane of the system to send logic level signals to the module. The power module has been enhanced in terms of safety and protection. It provides protection against overcurrent, overheat and overpressure.

The IS200EXHSG4A power module is equipped with a switch located on the front of the power supply. It helps to enable or disable the output channel and does not interfere with the AC line input. LED indicators are present in the power module, and they alert the operator to different things. Leds are FIELD OK, OUTPUT OK and OVER TEMP leds. The power factor of the IS200EXHSG4A is 0.99 min. The isolation in the module is 1500 volts DC. The power supply also provides 15 milliseconds of traverse time without affecting the DC output and maintains 5 milliseconds when the DC output drops. The IS200DVIBH1B power module requires an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. The module is certified to operate in a Class 1, 2-partition environment.
