I. Product Positioning

The 151X series is a classic spare part system of GE's traditional heavy-duty gas turbines. 151X1215DC29SA01 is an excitation control / excitation power drive signal board, mainly used in the excitation regulation circuits of steam turbine and gas turbine power generation units. It works in conjunction with the exciter machine and AVR automatic voltage regulator to stabilize the output voltage and reactive power of the units.

Excitation current collection and feedback closed-loop regulation

Thermal transistor SCR trigger pulse amplification and drive output

Excitation overcurrent, loss of excitation, and overpressure fault monitoring and interlock trip signal output

High-speed data interaction with the Mark VIe main control backplane, uploading excitation operating condition parameters

Compatible with static excitation and rotating excitation two unit configuration schemes

Trigger output: High-power pulse signal, compatible with high-power thyristor rectifier bridge

Signal isolation: Electrical isolation of strong and weak circuits, resistant to strong electromagnetic interference in power plants

Working temperature: 0℃ ~ 60℃ (standard control cabinet environment)

Insulation withstand voltage: 2000VAC withstand test for input and output to ground
