I. Product positioning

8273-1011 = 24VDC ordinary industrial type 2301E, Woodward classic generator set multi-machine parallel load distribution + speed closed-loop integrated controller, upgraded to ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the old model 2301D/2301A, compatible with diesel/gasoline generator sets and power stations, self-owned power plants, and auxiliary power stations of ships, achieving automatic parallel distribution of active loads and stable frequency speed regulation for multiple generator sets.

Model distinction: 8273-1012 is intrinsically safe explosion-proof Zone2 model (chemical hazardous area), 8273-1011 is conventional industrial 24V power supply.

Three core operation modes (Load Distribution)

Isochronous synchronous parallel operation (mainstream parallel operation)

Multi-generator parallel bus constant frequency operation, automatic precise distribution of active load between generators, soft loading / soft unloading, automatic distribution of load fluctuations, standard mode for backup power station, parallel load lines can achieve equal distribution.

Droop droop mode

Single machine isolated grid / grid external power use, load increase linearly drops speed, multi-generator droop parallel natural equal distribution, compatible with grid connection base load operation.

Base Load base power fixed output mode

After grid connection of the generator, lock fixed active output, 4-20mA remote signal modifies power setting, commonly used in refineries, cogeneration plants.

Built-in engine protection and fuel limit functions

Idle / rated dual speed, start-stop acceleration and deceleration slope anti-skid;

Three-stage torque limit, intake MAP pressure fuel limit oil, start-up oil quantity limit;

Load shedding compensation algorithm: suppress speed rise / ｄｒｏｐ speed during grid disconnection;

Fault storage recording: overspeed, MPU disconnection, actuator fault historical record query.
