I. Product Positioning

Model easYgen‑320, order number 8440‑1936, is a dedicated intelligent controller for Woodward original factory diesel/gasoline generators. It is used for single-machine automation, automatic restart upon mains failure (AMF), generator paralleling, load distribution. It is compatible with diesel generators and biogas generator sets, and is combined with speed control actuators, 505 speed regulators, and 9907‑1200 electro-hydraulic converters for use.

1. Analog Input (AI) (4‑20mA/0‑10V)

3 Programmable Analog Inputs: Water temperature, oil pressure, cylinder temperature transducer collection;

2. Analog Output (AO) (4～20mA): Speed control output, directly connected to Woodward electric actuator/electro-hydraulic converter (connect to your previous 9907‑1200, 8290 series actuators).

AMF Mains Failure Self-Start: Delayed startup of the generator upon grid anomaly, automatic shutdown of the machine when mains power is restored + switch change;

Speed/Frequency Closed Loop: AO output 4‑20mA controls the speed control valve, stable frequency and voltage;

Full Dimensional Generator Protection: Overvoltage/Undervoltage, Overfrequency/Low Frequency, Overcurrent, High Water Temperature, Low Oil Pressure, Over-speed Shutdown Protection;

Event SOE Recording: Start/Stop Records, Fault Storage, Operation Duration Statistics, Maintenance Time Reminder;

Manual/Automatic Non-interfering Switching, local operation through panel buttons.
