Series: L-Series Integrated Electronic Throttle Actuator (Integrated Speed Control Drive Unit)

Model 8404-1001 is an integrated electronic throttle actuator that combines a built-in speed control motherboard and a servo actuating motor. It is a discontinued classic model from 2003 (first launched in 2003), specifically for diesel/gasoline generator sets. It integrates speed control algorithms and does not require an external speed control board (such as 2301A) to independently complete speed control.

Integrated closed-loop speed control: Internal single-chip microcontroller integrates speed PID control, collects engine speed signals, automatically drives the fuel rack / throttle opening, maintains stable speed, stable no-load / loaded operation of the generator set;

Programmable fuel limit, start-stop logic: Software sets start fuel volume, maximum fuel supply limit, idle speed, rated speed parameters;

Drive mode: Limited angular torque motor (LAT), standard rotation travel of 75°, forward and reverse rotation can be set by software (clockwise / counterclockwise fuel increase);

Compatible models: Diesel generator sets, biogas / natural gas generator sets, Kirloskar original factory generator sets are standard.
