I. Product Introduction

5466-315 is a rack-mounted digital speed control card of the Woodward MicroNet series. It is produced in the United States by the original factory and is a specialized precision speed control controller for turbines / generator sets. It integrates speed PID regulation + load control + multi-channel analog I/O acquisition. It is suitable for gas turbines, steam turbines, and large power diesel / gas generator sets. It is often used as a replacement part for the 505/2301 series system upgrades.

Integrated high-density analog I/O: Multiple AI/AO, collecting generator voltage, current, oil temperature, oil pressure, and output servo drive signals to control oil valve / steam valve actuators;

Fault self-diagnosis: On-board fault indicator light, overspeed, disconnection, power abnormal self-check alarm, interlock protection shutdown.
