I. Model Interpretation

IS200TDBTH2A: Base board model

CD = Version suffix (PCB revision batch), the same series also has ABC/ACC/ACD and other sub-versions, the electrical pins are completely universal and can be directly interchanged

Classification: Simplex single-channel non-triple-redundant (TDBTH2 series; TDBTH6 is the TMR triple-redundant model)

Power Supply: DC28V system power supply, the maximum power consumption of the single board ≤ 2W, the circuit rated 0.81A

Terminal Configuration: Double-row fence-type terminal blocks, 32 input/output mixed points of switch quantity DI+DO

DI: Passive contact points / 24VDC active input (local valve feedback, local status, interlock contacts)

DO: Relay passive contact output (electromagnetic valve, indicator light, small contactor drive)

Backplane Interface: Central large-sized ribbon connector socket, directly connected to the upper IS220PDIOH1A IO Pack card, back-insertable installation in the cabinet

Environment: Working temperature -30℃ to +65℃, cabinet DIN rail / rack fixed installation

Core Functions

Field Hardwired Interconnection: Field switch quantity signal lines are connected to the terminal of this board, the ribbon is transferred to the PDIO main control card, isolating field interference and facilitating line inspection and maintenance within the cabinet

Loop Fuse Protection: Each IO channel board is equipped with a miniature fuse, single circuit short circuit does not cause the board to crash

Status Loop Collection: Full open / full close feedback of valves, fans, oil pumps, local interlocks, system auxiliary contacts collection; DO output drives the field electromagnetic valves, sound and light alarms

Simplex Architecture: Single-channel control (no X/Y/Z triple-redundancy), mostly used for non-critical auxiliary machine circuits (lower cost compared to TDBTH6 TMR board)
