ICS TRIPLEX T8100 is an analog output module commonly used in industrial automation and control systems. It has two web tension measurements that can be transmitted via Profibus. Where, value 1 has the same step response time as “voltage output” and value 2 has the same step response time as “current output”. This design allows the T8160 module to flexibly adapt to different control requirements.
Another important feature of the T8100 module is that the scaling of its measured values does not affect transmission through the Profibus. This means that no matter how the size of the measurement changes, the accuracy and stability of its transmission can be guaranteed. In addition, if the zero setting has been performed, the zero setting value is also transmitted via Profibus, thus ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Each measurement has a 16-bit 2-complement representation (integer 16) in the T8160 module, which provides high data accuracy and dynamic range, enabling the module to handle more complex control tasks.
