Model: BENTLY 3500/32 125712-01
Function: This is a 4-channel relay module designed for industrial applications to provide the output of four relays. It is commonly used in Bently Nevada’s 3500 monitoring system as part of which data acquisition, processing and alarm functions are implemented.

Module type and structure:
Type: Full height module
Structure: Each module provides four separate relay outputs that can be programmed independently to perform the required voting logic.
Relay characteristics:
Relay type: Usually consists of two single-pole double-throw (SPDT) relays, connected together to form a double-pole double-throw (DPDT) form.
Seal form: epoxy resin seal
Contact life: 100,000 times @5A, 24Vdc or 120Vdc
Mode of operation: Each channel can be selected by the switch to normal condition no power or normal condition power.
Alarm driver logic:
Each relay has an “alarm drive logic” that can be programmed using “AND” and “and” OR “.
The alarm driver logic can take advantage of the alarm input (warning or danger) provided by any monitor channel or any combination of monitor channels in the framework.
The alarm driver logic is programmed through the framework configuration software to meet the special needs of the application.
Communication and status indication:
The module is equipped with an LED indicator to display the working status and communication status of the module.
OK LED: Lights up when the module is working properly.
TX/RX LED: Lights up when communication between the module and other modules in the frame is normal.
CH ALARM LED: Lights up when the relay channel is in the alarm state.
Compatibility and extensibility:
Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be placed in any slot on the right side of the frame interface module.
The modules support a modular design and can be seamlessly integrated with Bently Nevada’s 3500 monitoring system.
