​The DSDX452 5716075-P Edge solution is a licensed and optimized combination of RXi edge computer, controller, HMI, IIoT analytics and monitoring software. The portfolio simplifies selection and deployment, and reduces the time spent integrating, developing, and validating digital transformation projects. The PACSystems Edge solution utilizes Movicon, NExT, WebHMI, Connext OPC UA server and PACEdge software. The portfolio also provides connectivity and computing for plant-wide analysis and monitoring.
​The DSDX452 5716075-P combines the simplicity of the original Click PLC with advanced features including Wi-Fi, MQTT, data logging and mobile access. The Click Plus dual-slot CPU provides an additional built-in option module slot for more PLC I/O customization. A standalone PLC may have more than 400 option slot I/O module combinations. For systems with higher I/O requirements, the dual-slot CPU can be scaled to up to eight additional stackable I/O modules with up to 156 discrete I/O or 60 analog I/O points.
​The DSDX452 5716075-P Remote + Flow Industrial Control system is a compact, network secure PLC/PAC/RTU option that integrates process control and flow calculation. It includes flow algorithm, factor linearization and instrument calibration. OSA Remote +Flow can handle up to 20 software-programmable I/ OS using standard protocols. A sealed, all-metal housing with a temperature rating ranging from -40°C to +80°C(176°F) protects the multi-core ARM Cortex processor and 512 MB of program ram, as well as 64 GB of secure flash memory.
​The DSDX452 5716075-P open control platform combines the reliability of PLC and the openness of smart devices, but also combines the advantages of traditional IEC 61131 programming and the flexibility of open source languages such as Linux.
