The 3500/70M Reciprocating Pulse Speed Monitor is a 4-channel instrument used as part of a reciprocating compressor to monitor compressor crankcase and crosshead vibration. The monitor accepts the input sensor from the earthquake, adjusts the signal to produce vibration measurements, and combines the adjusted signal with a user programmable alarm. You can use the 3500 framework to program each channel configuration software to perform the following functions:
l Pulse acceleration
l Accelerate 2 reciprocating speed

Low frequency reciprocating speed monitoring channels are programmed in pairs and can perform up to two of the above functions at a time. For example, channels 1 and 2 May perform one function while channels 3 and 4 perform another or the same operational function. The main purpose of the 3500/70 m reciprocating pulse speed monitor will provide the following :l Provide mechanical protection for the reciprocating compressor by the following way Continuous comparison monitoring parameters Drive the alarm according to the configured alarm set value
