product details:
The 3500/42M Proximitor/Seismic Monitor is a 4-channel monitor that accepts inputs from proximity and seismic sensors, conditional signals provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares conditional signals with user programmable alarms. Users can program each channel 3500/42m using the 3500 rack configuration software to perform any of the following functions:
• Radial vibration • Thrust position • Differential unfolding • Eccentricity • REBAM * • Acceleration • Velocity • Absolute axis • Notification receiving area
The main purposes of the 3500/42M monitor are:
1. Drive alarms based on the configured alarm settings for mechanical protection by continuously comparing monitoring parameters.
2. Basic information personnel for machine operation and maintenance.
Each channel, depending on its configuration, typically sets its input signal to generate various parameters called “static values”. Users can configure the static values of any two active and danger settings for alarms.
The output voltage provided by the system is proportional to the voltage, and the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface is measured for static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The main applications of the system are vibration and position measurement of fluid membranes in bearing machines, as well as key phase * reference and speed measurement 3. The 3300 XL 8mm system provides the most advanced performance in our eddy current proximity sensor system. The standard 3300 XL 8mm 5m system also fully complies with the mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability of the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard (4th edition). All 3300 XL 8mm proximity sensor systems provide this level of performance and support for complete interchangeability of probes, expansion cables and Proximitor sensors, without the need for matching or bench calibration of individual components.
